Founding principles:

We are dedicated to the realization of business value for our end customers, the Digital & IT teams of large and medium-sized companies in Europe. We focus on deliverables that can be realized within 2-12 weeks, so no endless large projects. We call them digital mini assignments. We perform our assignments with teams of rigorously screened professionals who all have >15 years of experience in technology consulting. More specifically, the professionals working for Road2Value are tested beforehand on their knowledge of leading cloud platforms like AWS, Google, Mendix, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and a few others.

Success criteria:

Before we accept a digital mini assignment, we determine whether we can work in accordance with our key success criteria:

• Can we define or redesign the assignment into a concise job (2-12 weeks)?

• Can we save our customer serious costs by working with a light, but experienced team?

• Can we define & agree on the business value outcome target within max. 3 meetings?

 

When these criteria are met, we believe we can drive the Road2Success together!

Proposal:

 When agreed on the Road2Success, we have an attractive offer for you:

• Within 1 week a developer, consultant or any other required role is introduced.

• Affordable (day rates between € 600 and € 1.040 maximum).

Delivery:

We have a common goal, delivering real business value to you! To us this means:​

• We monitor your spend.

• We keep communicating with our goal in view.

• Depending the assignment type, we're willing to work fixed-price.
